How long does it take for my PC to ship?
Standard systems typically ship within 5-7 business days, while custom builds and specialized enthusiast rigs may take 10-14 business days to undergo our rigorous 48-hour stress testing and quality assurance process.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Starforge Systems PC is backed by a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also offer lifetime technical support to ensure your system continues to perform at its peak.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the system.
Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?
Absolutely. Our systems are built using industry-standard components, making them fully upgradeable. Opening your case to add storage or RAM will not void your warranty, provided no damage is caused during the process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a refund, minus shipping and a restocking fee. The system must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and components.
Are the PCs plug-and-play ready?
Yes, every system arrives with Windows pre-installed, all necessary drivers updated, and the latest BIOS flashed. We remove all bloatware so you can start gaming or working immediately.
