At Starforge Systems, we stand by our craftsmanship and want to ensure your high-performance PC setup meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our technical support team through our official portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

    Evaluation and Approval

    Our specialists will review your request and, upon approval, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack your system in its original double-layered foam packaging and boxes to prevent any damage during transit; ensure the RMA number is visible on the exterior.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Processing

    Once received at our facility, our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity, after which your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
